Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Analyst 111, 239-240 (1986). TLC of the title compound on silica-cellulose 1:1 with butanol - ethanol - water - NH3 (25%) 10:3:6:1 (2 h presaturation with solvent vapors). Detection by spraying with a solution mixed from 0.5 % NH4CNS in water and 0.5% FeCl3 in 1N HCl in equal volumes. Quantification of dibutylphosphoric acid by indirect spectrophotometry. Detection limit 600 -800 ng.
J. Chromatogr. 345, 111-118 (1985). TLC of salbutamol on silica with a) chloroform - ethyl acetate 6:4, b) ethyl acetate - chloroform - methanol 60:40:1 after derivatization by reaction with dimethyl-p-phenylene-diamine. Detection and quantification by densitometry at 650 nm. Detection limit 20 ng/ml urine or 1 ng/ml plasma. Results were in good agreement with those obtained by GC/MS.
International Lab. 16, (5) 74-77 (1986). TLC of thebaine on silica with chloroform - methanol 9:1. Quantification by densitometry at 280 nm.
Youji Huaxue 1987, 67-69. TLC of 5 alpha -androst 2,16-diene 4,5 alpha -androst -16-en-3-one 3 and other androstene derivatives on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate 7:3. Detection by spraying with methanolic sulfuric acid 1:1, followed by densitometry.
Determination of metoxuron residues in vegetable food.) TLC of metoxuron residues on alumina with benzene - acetone 95:5. Detection by spraying with p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde reagent. Sensitivity: 0.05 mg -0.1 mg/kg. Recovery: 75-93 %.
J. Chromatogr. 365, 47-50 (1986). Proposal of a new method of identification and determination of nanogram amounts of substances: Separation by TLC followed by X-ray fluorescence analysis of the separated components on the chromatogram. Scanning by a collinated beam of primary X-radiation increases the definition of the chromatographic zone position.
Quantification by colorimetry. Detection limit, 1 ppb for aflatoxins.
J.A.O.A.C. 69, 799-802 (1986). TLC of stevioside and rebaudioside A on silica with chloroform - methanol -20 % acetic acid 15:10:2. Detection by spraying with anisaldehyde - sulfuric acid reagent and heating at 120 °C for 20 min.
