Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chinese J. Hosp. Pharm. (Zhongguo Yiyuan Yaoxue Zazhi) 12, 30-32 (1992). TLC of cornin on silica with cyclohexane - chloroform - ethyl acetate 20:5:8. Detection by spectrophotometry at 600 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 129-132 (1994). TLC of lanatosides A and C (relative to other glycosides) on silica and mixtures of ethyl acetate, methanol, and water to form a stepwise gradient with increasing concentrations of methanol. Detection by spraying with a 1:1 mixture of 3% aqueous solution of chloramine and a 25% solution of trichloroacetic acid in 95% ethanol, followed by heating for 10 min at 100 °C. Quantification by densitometry at 250 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 162-164 (1994). HPTLC of vitamin D3 on silica with 1. hexane (5 cm, without chamber saturation) and, after intermediate drying, with cyclohexane - diethyl ether 1:1; (7 cm, in solvent saturated chamber). Chromatography in the dark and away from any source of UV light. Quantification by densitometry by absorbance at 268 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 14 (2), 35-37 (1994). TLC of the constituents from paniculate swallowwort, clove and rhubarb on silica with cyclohexane - chloroform - ethanol 7:3:1. Detection by spraying with 2% iron chloride. Densitometry by absorbance at 520 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 242-246 (1994). HPTLC on silica with ethyl acetate. Quantification by densitometry at 285 nm (absorbance). Recovery >94% (1-2 ppm 5-HMF). A rapid method with minimum sample preparation, has been developed for detection of 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural. The high throughput and sensitivity of the method suggest wide application to a variety of dextrose-containing parenteral solutions which require 5-HMF testing.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 17, 151-156 (1994). HPTLC of N-methyl carbamate insecticides on silica; with toluene - acetone 4:1 for carbaryl, carbofuran, methiocarb; with hexane - acetone - chloroform 75:15:10 for propoxur. Detection by dipping first into KOH in methanol and then into a freshly prepared solution of 25 mg p-nitrobenzene-diazonium fluoborate in 90 mL acetone plus 10 mL of diethylene glycol. Quantification by densitometry at the wavelengths of maximum absorbance for each compound, as determined from the in-situ spectra recorded from 400-700 nm.
Indian Drugs 31 (3), 119-121 (1994). Simple and rapid HPTLC method for quantification of individual drugs in tablets on silica (prewashed with methanol with ethyl acetate - toluene 1:1. Densitometry at 236 and 240 nm. Recovery 95 - 96%.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 177-183 (1995). TLC of 2-hydroxycinnamaldehyde on spacer-bonded propanediol layers with chloroform - hexane - methanol 59:39:2. Quantification by densitometry in the absorption mode at 300 nm or in the fluorescence mode at 365/>400 nm.
