The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 273-277 (1994). HPTLC on silica with chloroform - ethyl acetate - propan-1-ol 94:2:4. Quantification by densitometry at 280 nm (absorbance). TLC provides a rapid, high sample throughput, and precise (RSD = 3.0%) method for the routine determination of 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural in vanilla extracts without additional sample clean-up.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 349-353 (1994). TLC on silica with dichloromethane - methanol - 25% NH3 60:6:1. Detection by spraying with 0.15% xanthydrol in hydrochloric acid conc. - acetic acid 60:5, followed by heating. Quantification by densitometry at 525 nm. Comparison of TLC with LC. This TLC method can be used for rapid and simple quantification of erythromycin in urine and plasma samples.
Eastern Pharmacist 36, 125-127 (1993). Preparative TLC for the quantification of the ingredients in antiasthmatic preparation on silica (1 mm thick) with chloroform - methanol 1:3. Determination after elution with 0.1 N methanolic NaOH by spectrophotometry at 298 nm (salbutamol sulfate) and at 310 nm (bromhexine hydrochloride).
Chromatographia 39, 587-590 (1994). TLC of flavonoids of the apigenin series on silica with benzene - MEK - methanol 11:6:3. Detection under 254 nm, and by spraying with 96% sulfuric acid and heating at 120 °C. Determination also by HPLC, and qualification and quantification of camomile oil compounds by GC-MS after semi-preparative TLC isolation.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhong Chengyao) 17, 36-38 (1995). TLC of saponins on silica with chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol - water 15:40:22:10. Detection by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol. Quantification by colorimetry.
A case study of 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole. Chemical weekly (India) August 23, 129-120 (1994). Process monitoring of the synthesis of 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole from carbazole-ethylcarbazole-nitrosoethylcarbazole-nitroethylcabazole by HPTLC on silica with heptane - toluene 8:2. Quantification of different fractions during reaction by densitometry at 270 nm. The reaction was monitored and terminated at suitable stage to minimize the formation of other by-products, improving the yield of final dye intermediate.
