Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J.Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 20, 164-165 (1989). TLC on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate 10:8. Quantification by densitometry at lS 232 nm, lR 360 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 28-32 (1989). Charge Transfer Chromatography on caffeine - impregnated HPTLC silica is a simple, efficient and very precise system for a rapid separation of the six PAHs (BaP, BbF, BhF, BP, IP, and F), which have become subject of different laws and regulations in West Germany. Quantitative determination of precooled plates at -20°C with dichloromethane. Detection limit 100 pg/spot (500 pg/spot for fluoranthene). A post-treatment with paraffin - hexane was performed in order to stabilize the fluorescence intensity of the zones. Selective detection by variation of excitation wavelength and fluorescence measurement conditions, enables a significant enhancement of selectivity and sensitivity.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 21, 105-106, 116 (1990). TLC of resibufogenin, muscone and borneol on silica with chloroform - acetone - cyclohexane 3:3:4. Detection by 5% phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol. Quantification by densitometry at different wavelengths.
Chinese J. Antibiotics 14, 57-58 (1989). TLC of gentamicin C components on silica with chloroform - methanol - NH3 4:5:%. Quantification by fluorodensitometry at 365 nm excitation.
Anal. Letter 22, 585-596 (1989). TLC on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - propylene glycol - acetic acid 5:5:0.5:0.1. Detection under UV light. Quantification by densitometry at 260 nm.
Merck Spectrum 1991, 24-28. HPTLC of indenopyrene, benzofluoroanthene, benzopyrene, fluoroanthene, benzoperylene on silica (impregnated with 4 g caffeine in 96 g dichloromethane) at -20°C with dichloromethane as eluent. Quantification by in-situ fluorimetry.
HPTLC of porphyrines (uro-I-, heptacarboxy-I-, hexacarboxy-I, pentacarboxy-I-, copro-I- and meso-IX-) on RP-18 silica with ethanol – dioxane (1:1) for 15 mm, then with acetonitrile – ammonium acetate buffer pH 4.1 – N-cetyl-N,N,N-trimethylammonium bromide 9:5:5 for 70 mm. Dipping into paraffin – hexane solution for 1 sec, drying and detection under UV 366 nm. Fluorimetric quantification after 1 h.
J. China Pharm. Univ. (Zhongguo Yaoke Daxue Xuebao) 20, 100-102 (1989). TLC of cholic acid, hydrodeoxycholic acid, bilirubin and others on silica with chloroform – ethyl acetate – acetic acid 5:5:1. Detection by spraying with 5% sulfuric acid in ethanol. Quantification by densitometry at 385 nm.
