The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Densitometry by multi-wavelength scan at 190, 200, 220, 240, 260, 280, and 300 nm. Highly effective procedure.

J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 20, 216-217 (1995). TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol - formic acid 40:1:1. Detection by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid and heating at 90 °C for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry at 510 nm.
J. AOAC Int. 79, 656-659 (1996). TLC of antifungal agents (alone or combined with other drugs) in various pharmacopoeial or proprietary creams and ointments after extraction on silica with n-hexane - chloroform - methanol - diethylamine 50:40:10:1 as mobile phase. Visualization under UV 254 nm; quantification by densitometry at 220 nm. Recoveries 100.2 %.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 27, 86-87 (1996). TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 13:7:2. Detection by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105 °C for 15 min. Quantification by densitometry at 515 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 16, 154-157 (1996). TLC on silica with a) petrol ether - hexane - ethyl acetate - ethanol 2:8:5:2, b) petrol ether (60 - 90 °) - hexane - ethyl acetate - ethanol - NH3 2:4:10:10:1. Detection by spraying with potassium iodobismuthate reagent. Quantification by HPLC after elution.
Biomed. Chromatogr. 10, 245-250 (1996). Description of methods for glycosphingolipid extraction in excellent yield without the need for using toxic chloroform. TLC of lipid extracts on silica with various solvent systems. Detection by spraying with different reagents. Quantification by densitometry at 550 nm and 650 nm. Determination of sialic acid by HPLC. Calculation of the rank correlation coefficient. Comparison of the alternative solvent mixtures and chloroform in yields.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 459-461 (1996). HPTLC of amikacin (6-O-(3-amino-3-deoxy-a-D-glucopyranosyl) 4-O-(6-amino-6-deoxy-a-D-glucopyranosyl)-1-N-[(2S)-4-amino-2-hydroxybutyryl]-2-deoxy-D-streptamine) on silica with methanol - 25% NH3 - chloroform 10:10:1. After drying derivatization by immersion into 0.5% ninhydrin in n-butanol for exactly 1 s. Quantification by densitometry at 498 nm. Limit of detection and limit of quantification were 200 ng and 800 ng, respectively. RSD 1.22-1.49%.
