The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

Don, Benn.) (Chinese). Acta Pharm. Sinica (Yaoxue Xuebao) 23, 906-909 (1988). TLC of 4 alkaloids on silica with water-saturated chloroform - methanol 40:0.5. Detection by exposing to formic acid for 1 h at room temperature. Quantification by densitometry. The calibration curves were linear over the range of 50 - 300 ng for the 4 alkaloids.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 321-322 (1989). TLC of atrazine on silica with toluene - acetone 85:15. Detection by absorbance at 224 nm; detection limit 20 ng/L water.
Chinese J. Pharm. Ind. (Zhongguo Yiyao Gongye Zazhi) 20, 28-30 (1989). TLC of morphine on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 85:10:5. Quantification by densitometry at 439 nm. Comparison of the results with those obtained by pharmacopeial method. CV <1.54%.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 12, 3115-3120 (1989). TLC on silica with chloroform – methanol – water 40:10:1. Detection by dipping into fluorescamine reagent for 5 sec and thoroughly drying for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry at 254 nm. The lower limit of detection, 5 ng linear detector response extended to 100 ng.
Chinese J. Antibiotics (Kangshengsu) 14, 278-279 (1989). TLC of carbamoyltobramycin, carbamoylkanamycin B and aburamycin of nebramycin on silica with ethanol – acetone – 24% NH3 1:1:1. Detection by bioautography using Bacillus subtilis for antimicrobial test.
Acta Pharm. Sinica 25, 49-51 (1990). TLC of the active ingredients in Schisandra kernels on silica with toluene – ethyl acetate 9:1 and 4:6. Detection under UV. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) at 260 nm.
(Layer impregnated with ammonium molybdate for TLC of water contaminated with phenols.) Z. Wasser-Abwasser-Forsch. 23, 113-115 (1990). TLC of phenols on silica impregnated with 5% ammonium molybdate using toluene-acetone-chloroform 49:35:25 as mobile phase. Detection limit for qualitative determination 0.6-1 µg per spot and for semiquantitative determinations between 2 and 10 µg.
