Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Bull. Chinese Trad. Med (Zhongyao Tongbao) 13, 404-405 (1988). TLC on silica with petrol ether - ethyl acetate - acetic acid - hydrochloric acid 7:2:1:0.02. Quantification by densitometry at 271 nm and 350 nm; R.S.D., 1.71%.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 138-141 (1989). To overcome structure signals of the HPTLC-plates the concept of multiple scanning at changed angles of a planar chromatogram rotated stepwise was used. The procedure does not falsify raw data and has nothing to do with any kind of smoothing. The authors work with the mean values but do not touch the original raw data.
J.Trad.Chin.Med (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 14, 466-468 (1989). TLC of D7- stigmastenol and fructose on silica with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 4:1, and benzene - acetic acid - methanol 15:6:4. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) at 540 nm and 500 nm.
J. Chromatogr. 464, 453-458 (1989). TLC on C-18 silica with 14 solvent systems. Detection under UV 254/365 nm. Quantification by densitometry. Detection limits by absorbance scanning 20 ng antimycin A, 30 ng methylated antimycin A, and 55 ng for dansylated antimycin A, 50 pg by fluorescence scanning. Detection limit defined by signal/noise ratio = 4:1.
Acta Pathol. Sinica (Zhongguo Yaoli Xuebao) 10, 431-434 (1989). TLC of artemether on silica with petrol ether - chloroform - ethyl acetate 4:2:1. Quantification by densitometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 198-202 (1989). A new detector (Digital Autoradiograph, DAR) has been developed which measures, quantitatively position and intensity of 2-dimensional distributions of ionizing radiation from radioisotope labelled TLC plates. Examples and results of typical applications are presented, e.g. metabolites of pesticides or chloramphenicol-acetyl-transferase assay.
J. Chromatogr. 502, 230-235 (1990). HPTLC on silica with diisopropyl ether – methanol – water – acetic acid 45:40:10:5. Quantification by fluorodensitometry at 365 nm. Detection limit 18 pg/spot and 63 pg/spot, respectively.
Don Hara.) (Chinese). Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 10, 227-230 (1990). TLC on silica with toluene – ether – methanol – formic acid 1:2:0.2:0.1. Quantification by densitometry at 280 nm. The calibration curve was linear over a range of 0.13 – 176 µg/spot. Recovery 98%.
