The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Detection: After drying, immersion in a 0.05% phenylfluorone reagent solution for 2 s, drying and irradiation with artificial light at room temperature under 40-60 % rel. humidity for 4-6 h, spots become yellow. Visualization under UV 366 nm (bright yellow fluorescence). Quantification by fluorescence at 366 nm. Detection limit 100 ng.

      An o-toluidine method for detection of carbohydrates in protein hydrolyzates

TLC of carbohydrates on silica with butanol – pyridine – water 16:5:4, development over 3 cm, and with ethyl acetate – methanol – acetic acid – water 4:1:1:1 over 7 cm. Detection by spraying with o-toluidine reagent and heating for 25 min at 110 °C. Quantification by densitometry at 480 - 630 nm. Detection limits, less than 10 ng. The UV spectrum of each reference sugar was measured.

      Determination of histamine in wines by quantitative HPTLC
