Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Proc. 6th Int. Symp. Instrum. Planar Chromatogr., (Interlaken 1991), Inst. Chromatogr., Bad Dürkheim, FRG, 377-383 (1991). HPTLC on silica with nonbasic potassium phosphate solution (29%). Comparison of ninhidrin and fluorescamine dipping reagent. Quantification by fluorescence at 366 nm and absorbance at 510 nm. Visualization of ninhydrin is recommended only for qualitative purposes, the derivatization with fluorescamine allows the quantitative analysis of the three fractions of gentamin C in the ppb (µg/kg) range.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 13, 1933-1941 (1990). Reversed-phase TLC on silanized silica with citrate phosphate buffer pH 6.0 - methanol 7:3. Detection under UV. Quantification by densitometry at 302 nm, or by photometry at 302 nm after extraction from the plate with methanol - 0.1 N hydrochloric acid. Comparison of the method with HPLC and PC.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 22, 159-161 (1991). TLC of icariin on silica with chloroform - methanol - butanone 1:2:2. Detection under UV 365 nm. Quantification by densitometry at 275 nm.
Acta Chimica, 128, 359-364 (1991). TLC of 3-arylidine-1-thioflavanones and 3-benzyl-1-thioflavanones on silica with hexane - acetone 7:3. Detection under UV.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 149-152 (1990). HPTLC of vitamin B1 on silica with methanol - NH3 (25%) - acetic acid - chloroform 18:2:1:1. Postchromatographic derivatization with tert-butyl hypochlorite or potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) - sodium hydroxide. After fluorescence enhancement by dipping the plates into a mixture of chloroform - liquid paraffin - triethanolamine 6:1:1. Quantification by in situ fluorometry. Detection limit: 500 pg vitamin B1 per chromatogram zone.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 407-409 (1990). HPTLC of cyproterone acetate and ethynyl estradiol on silica with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 6:4 as mobile phase and 17ß-estradiol as internal standard. quantification by densitometry (absorbance at 284 nm). Detection limit for cyproterone acetate was 5 ng, for ethynyl estradiol 30 ng. The relationship between the spot concentration and the cyproterone acetate 17ß-estradiol area ration was linear over a range of 5 to 120 ng; for ethynyl estradiol the linear range was 120 to 1200 ng. The proposed assay is suitable for routine drug control.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 22, 398-399 (1991). TLC of oleanolic acid on silica with chloroform - acetone 8:1 or toluene - ethyl ether - methanol 10:2:1. Quantification by densitometry at 395 nm.
J. Chromatogr. 555, 239-245 (1991). HPTLC of abscisic acid on silica with toluene – ethyl acetate – acetic acid 25:15:2. Quantification by densitometry at 270 nm. Also HPLC. Comparison of the two methods.
