Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Determination by using autoradio - layer chromatographic recorder.
18.) Quantitative analysis of sennosides A and B in senna cultivated in Japan by thin-layer chromatography/densitometry method.) TLC of sennoside A and B on silica with iso-propanol - ethyl acetate - water - formic acid 17:19:12:2. Quantification by densitometry at 350 nm.
Detection by UV 365 nm. Determination of the eluates by UV spectrometry at 265 nm for praziquantel and 320 nm for the impurities.
Detection under UV at 365 nm. Quantification by fluorometry following elution with methanol.
J. Chromatogr. 370, 139-147 (1986). TLC of numerous drugs on silica with ethyl acetate, except with estradiol which was separated with chloroform - dioxane 9:1. After development, the plates were transferred into a closed chamber for drying in a stream of nitrogen, under complete exclusion of oxygen. The quantitative evaluation was carried out at the wavelength corresponding to the absorption maximum for the compound being tested. Plots of the recoveries against the respective exposure times allowed the construction of kinetic curves describing the accelerated decomposition process.
Fluorimetric detection and quantitative determination of organic acids - preservatives in food. GIT Suppl. Chromatographie 3, 21-26 (1987). Identification and quantification of propionic, sorbic and benzoic acids isolated from liquid containing food stuffs HPTLC on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - NH3 80:120:1 following pre-chromatographic derivatization with dansylsemipiperazide + dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. Densitometric scanning by fluorescence; determination limit 10-20 ng.
J. Liquid Chrom. 9, 3423-3431 (1986). TLC of the B-3 vitamins niacin and niacinamide extracted from capsules or tablets on silica with methanol - benzene - acetone - glacial acetic acid 20:7:5:5. Densitometry by absorbance. Recoveries for niacinamide in vitamin products 96-104 %, of niacin 99-102 %.
J. Chromatogr. 400, 323-341 (1987). Discussion of extraction procedure, liquid-liquid distribution systems, Sep-Pak cartridges, liquid- solid chromatography using silica, alumina and chemically modified silica packings, macroreticular resins and gel permeation columns for the analysis of PAHs in environmental samples by TLC. TLC of 6 PAHs in air particulate and diesel particulate extracts on RP-18 silica with acetonnitrile - methanol - water 1:5:1. Identification by coincidence of retention between sample and standards. Quantification by densitometry.
