The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

TLC of curecumol on silica with petrol ether - ethyl acetate 95:5. Detection by spraying with 10 % vanillin in acetic acid - HClO4 15:1. Determination by densitometry.
J.A.O.A.C. 68, 136-137 (1985). TLC of aflatoxins on silica with chloroform - acetone 9:1in the first dimension and ether - methanol - water 96:3:1 in the second. Assay by viewing under 360 nm UV light and comparing with standards at 1 to 2 ng per spot.
J. Chromatogr. 315, 481-487 (1984). HPTLC of potassium platinochloride, trans-platin, cis-platin and aquo derivatives of cis-platin on silica with acetone - water 95:5 or acetone - toluene - water 76:20:4. Detection by dipping in p-nitrosodimethylaniline. Quantification by densitometry at 515 nm. Detection limit 14 ng/spot.
Detection by observing under UV 254 nm. Elution with ethanol containing NH3. Measurement by fluorometry 330/510 nm. Comparison of the results with those obtained by automated amino acid analyzer.
Quantification by scanning fluorometry at 350 nm, excitation and 450 nm emission after exposure to formic acid vapor. Recovery 94.7-107.2 %. The method is suitable for clinical assay and pharmacokinetic study.
Elution with methanol. Determination by spectrophotometry at 280 nm.
Quantification after elution by fluorescence spectrophotometry at 360 nm excitation and 510 nm emission.
