The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword

Internat. J. Vit. Nutr. Res. 55, 139-147 (1986). TLC on aluminium oxide with petrol ether - ether 98:2. Quantification after elution by photometry at 450 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. 8, 170-172 (1988) (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi). TLC on silica with isopropanol - methanol - water - acetic acid 7:3:3:0.5, and methyl chloride - acetone - methanol 8:2:0.6. Detection by spraying with potassium iodobismuthate. Quantification by densitometry at 515 nm.
Anal. Biochem. 171, 248-255 (1988). TLC of lipids on silica with methanol - ethanol - chloroform - NH3 1:49:6:6 or chloroform - methanol - acetic acid - water 60:45:5:3. Visualization by exposing to iodine vapor, by spraying with ninhydrin or molybdate. Chromatograms photocopied on transparent sheets, which are quantified by densitometry.
Chinese Anal. Chem. (Fenxi Huaxue) 15, 746-747 (1987). TLC of 8 amino acids and 7 derivatives on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 12:3:5. Detection by spraying with ninhydrin. Determination by densitometry.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 20, 6-8 (1989). TLC of coumarins and essential oils on silica with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate - chloroform 5:3:1 and petrol ether - ethyl acetate 85:15, respectively. Detection under UV 366 nm. or/and spraying with 1% vanillin in sulfuric acid. Quantification by fluorodensitometry at 366/>400 nm for coumarins. The calibration curve was found linear over a range of 0. 47 - 2. 25 ng, CV = 1. 1% and recovery ~100%. Also GC method for essential oils.
Biomed. Chromatogr. 2, 189-192 (1987). HPTLC of androgens, corticosteroids, mineral-ocorticoids and gestagens on silica with dichloromethane - isooctanol - isopropanol 70:25:5 and diethyl ether - isooctane - isopropanol 70:25:5. Detection by spraying with cinnamic aldehyde, 4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde and sulfuric acid. Detection limits, 500 pg ˜ 1 ng. Comparison with GC.
MSZ(Hungarian Norm) 14880, 3 (1989). TLC of 2,4, DNPH of ascorbic and dehydroascorbic acids on silica with ethyl acetate - chloroform - acetic acid 10:12:1. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) at 500 nm. Detection limit 20 mg/L of vitamin C.
