Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Analyst (London) 115, 1181-1184 (1990). HPTLC on silica with dichloromethane - ethyl acetate - ethanol - formic acid 7:4:8:1, and dichloromethane - ethyl acetate - ethanol 5:5:1. and acetonitrile - dichloromethane 1:1. Determination by spectrodensitometry.
Proc. 6th Int. Symp. Instrum. Planar Chromatogr., (Interlaken 1991), Inst. Chromatogr., Bad Dürkheim, FRG, 19-22 (1991). TLC of metoprolol, propranolol and alprenolol on diol modifyed silica with dichloromethane containing N-carbobenzoxy glycyl-L-proline (ZGP). Scanning is performed by absorbance at 280 nm. To improve the reproducibility the plates were prewashed with dichloromethane and impregnated with water. It was important to keep the amount of water constant.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 81-82 (1990). TLC of putrescine, spermidine, spermine and histamine (as hydrochlorides) on alumina with chloroform - triethylamine 4:1 as optimum system. Prechromatographic in situ derivatization of the samples; dansylation after addition of a saturated aqueous solution of Na2CO3 with 100 µL of dansylchloride in acetone (2.7 mg/mL). Detection and evaluation by densitometry. Easy and reproducible TLC method with high sensitivity for histamine determination.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 261-263 (1990). TLC separation of aspartame and alitame on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:1. Detection after heating to 90 °C for 30 min as red spots. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance at 490 nm).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 141-143 (1990). TLC of germanium-132 (mu-trioxo-bis(beta-carboxyethyl)germanic anhydride, organic germanium) on silica with propanol - conc. NH3 - water 15:3:5. Detection: After drying, immersion in a 0.05% phenylfluorone reagent solution for 2 s, drying and irradiation with artificial light at room temperature under 40-60 % rel. humidity for 4-6 h, spots become yellow. Visualization under UV 366 nm (bright yellow fluorescence). Quantification by fluorescence at 366 nm. Detection limit 100 ng.
Anal. Biochem. 195, 153-159 (1991). TLC of carbohydrates on silica with butanol – pyridine – water 16:5:4, development over 3 cm, and with ethyl acetate – methanol – acetic acid – water 4:1:1:1 over 7 cm. Detection by spraying with o-toluidine reagent and heating for 25 min at 110 °C. Quantification by densitometry at 480 - 630 nm. Detection limits, less than 10 ng. The UV spectrum of each reference sugar was measured.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 253-254 (1991). HPTLC of histamine and histidine on silica with acetonitrile – acetone – NH3 15:5:5. Detection by spraying with ninhydrin solution, followed by immediate heating for 10 min at 110°C. Quantification by densitometry at 520 nm. Simple, rapid TLC method for accurate and precise quantification of histamine in wine at concentrations above 20 ppm without sample preparation, extraction, clean-up etc.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 5, 62-63 (1992). TLC of DNS-streptomycin and DNS-neomycin on silica with 20% disodium monohydrogen phosphate solution for 4 cm and (after drying) with the organic phase from butanol – ether – 20% aqueous Na2HPO4 35:10:20. Quantification by fluoro densitometry at 313/>400 nm resp. 366/>400 nm. Simple TLC method for routine analysis.
