Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
TLC-densitometric determination of the main aporphine alkaloids in the aerial part of Yuanhu.) TLC of alpha-glaucine and alpha-nantenine on silica with toluene - ethanol - NH3 40:6:1.5. Determination by densitometry. Rel. standard deviation 1.0 % -1.7 %. Yuanhu is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb.
J. Chromatogr. 378, 261-266 (1986). TLC of the title compound on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 - water 170:20:4:6. Detection by spraying with 2 % sodium nitrate in 1.5 M hydrochloric acid or with iodoplatinate reagent. Results in good agreement with those obtained by GC.
Detection by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid and heating at 110 °C for 7 min. Quantification by densitometry at 520 nm.
Exposure to pyridine for 20 min, followed by irradiation (6 min) by long-wave UV light. Quantification by fluorodensitometry at 420 nm excitation and 550 nm emission. Detection limit 1 ng. Calibration curve was found linear from 2.5-30 ng. Recoveries 87.1-88.7 %.
