The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

TLC of oleanolic acid on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 24:8:1. Detection by spraying with 5% phosphomolybdate reagent and heating at 110°C for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry at 625 nm. TLC of ecdysterone on silica with ethyl acetate - ethanol 4:1. Detection by heating at 125°C for 3 min. and spraying with 20% sulfanilic acid reagent and vanillin - acetic acid - sulfuric acid 0. 5:50:1. Quantification by densitometry, at 435 nm.
J. Chromatogr. 452, 543-547 (1988). TLC on silica with heptane - ethyl acetate 6:4 after oxidation with peracetic acid. Detection by spraying with 5% solution of phosphomolybdic acid in 2-propanol or 50% sulfuric acid . Quantification by densitometry. Also TLC/FID method.
Detection and determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 in foodstuff. Official Collection of Assay Methods acc. to 35 LMBG. Two dimensional TLC of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 on silica with diethyl ether — methanol - water 94:4.5:1.5 (1st direction) and chloroform - acetone 9:1 (2nd direction). Evaluation under UV 366 nm. Verification via application of different eluents and via derivatization with e.g. trifluoroacetic acid. Quantification with fluorodensitometry.

TLC of panaxsaponin Rg1 and Rb1, cryptotanhinone, protocatechuic aldehyde on silica with chloroform - butanol - methanol - water 2:4:1:2 and chloroform - ethyl acetate - benzene - formic acid 20:24:12:3. Detection by spraying with 5% sulfuric acid in ethanol or under UV 254 nm. Quantification by densitometry at 525 nm, 700 nm, or 290 nm, 370 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 62-64 (1989). Post-chromatographic derivatization, viz. gas phase derivatization, mainly of polar structures, in an aluminum-aluminate reactor to give fluorescent products. Examples of cola, wine, orange juice etc. were derivatized to fluorescent spots, which were measured by in situ scanning.
