Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Indian Drugs 31 (7), 333-338 (1994). Comparative evaluation of bio-assay and HPTLC fingerprints to establish shelf-life and uniformity of a herbal product. HPTLC of PHF extracts on silica, pre-washed with methanol, with benzene - butanol - methanol 95:5:2. Quantification by densitometry in fluorescence at 366/>400 nm.
J. Chin. Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 17, 2-4 (1995). TLC of ephedrine on silica with 1) hexane - ethyl acetate 8:2, 2) benzene - ethyl acetate 95:5. Detection by spraying with 5% phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol and 1% vanillin in sulfuric acid. Quantification by spectrophotometry.
Cambridge University Press, Cambridge, 122-128 (1995). Review on the TLC analysis of various classes of saponins. Details of the preparation of different spray reagents are given, together with separation conditions. HPTLC data of saponins are also reported as well as methods for the quantitative determination in crude plant extracts.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 18, 1655-1662 (1995). Separation of the title compounds by centrifugal partition chromatography (CPC) using a biphasic mixture of ethyl acetate - 1-butanol - water and gradient elution. Analysis of the fractions by TLC on silica with ethyl acetate - 1-butanol - water 1:4:3. Visualization by spraying with sulfuric acid and heating at 100 °C for 10 min. Identification by 13C NMR.
Chinese J. Chromatogr. (Sepu) 13, 295-296 (1995). TLC of capsanthin on silica with petrol ether - benzene 3:1 and hexane - benzene - ethyl acetate - ethanol 20:2:5:2. Quantification by densitometry at 470 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 15 (3), 52-53 (1995). TLC of cholesterol on silica with chloroform - acetone 10:1. Detection by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105 ºC for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry at 520 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 463-466 (1995). TLC of chlorides or nitrates of copper, cadmium, zinc, nickel, cobalt and lead on silica with 1.0 M sodium formate - 1.0 M potassium iodide 1:9.
