Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

J. Chromatogr. 450, 448-451 (1988). Investigation of the reaction products of lipase-catalyzed esterification and interesterification of lipids by TLC on silica containing 5% sodium carbonate with ether - hexane - methanol 60:40:3. Determination by toluene scintillation counter after scraping.
J. China Pharm. Univ. (Zhongguo Yaoke Daxue Xuebao) 19, 125-128 (1988). TLC on silica with butanol - water - acetic acid 7:2:1. Quantification of berberine and palmatine by dual wavelength scanning lS 415 nm, lR 700 nm. RSD < 5%. The calibration curves were found linear over ranges of 0 - 20 µg and 0 - 6 µg, respectively. Recoveries, > 95 % for both. The solvent system was optimized by computer.

Chinese J. Chromatogr. 7, 114-116 (1989). TLC of steroid substrate, Reichstein’s S(RS), and its 11+-hydroxylated product, epicortisol, on silica with a) dichloromethane - acetone - methanol 40:10:1, b) acetone - chloroform - methanol 50:50:1, c) dichloromethane - acetone 4:1. Detection under UV 254 nm or by spraying with vanillin - sulfuric acid reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 254 nm.
J.A.O.A.C. 71, 949-953 (1988). Reversed-phase TLC on octadecyl-bonded silica with methanol - water 7:3. Detection under UV 366 nm. After scraping and elution LC with fluorescence detection. Also direct in-situ spectrofluorometry. Comparison with a standard packed column method.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. 9, 22-24 (1989). TLC of stachydrine on silica with butanol - hydrochloric acid - ethyl acetate 24:9:3. Detection by spraying with modified potassium iodobismuthate reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 525 nm.
8. Integration problems in QTLC. J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 128-132 (1989). Some integration problems in quantitative TLC are illustrated. A prepared program simulates chromatograms with different position, concentrations, and shapes of chromatographic peaks. The results of integration are presented and discussed. In TLC it is necessary to find the correct peak start. Evaluation of a small peak after a big one can be done more precisely than the evaluation of a small one in front of a large one.
