Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Shanghai Med. Univ. (Shanghai Yike Daxue Xuebao) 20, 55-58 (1993). TLC of curculigoside on silica with chloroform - methanol 4:1. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) at 282 nm. Use of the method for the analysis of crude drugs.
Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 25, 295 (1994). TLC of patchouli alcohol on silica with petrol ether (30 - 60°C) - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 90:10:0.2. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor. Quantification by densitometry at 590 nm.
by thin-layer chromatography/ UV spectroscopy.) (Chinese). Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 25, 466.467 (1994). TLC of salidroside on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 26:14:3. Quantification by UV spectroscopy at 224 nm after elution.
Ind. J. Pharm. Sci. 56 (3), 108-109 (1994). HPTLC of furazolidone and metronidazole on silica (prewashed with methanol) with chloroform - acetone - methanol 100:16:40. Densitometry at 254 nm. Recovery 99 - 101%.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 362-367 (1994). OPLC of prostaglandins as a-bromo-2'-acetonaphthone derivatives on HPTLC silica with ethyl acetate - ether - benzene - dioxane - hexane 45:12:5:8:30. Detection by fluorescence at 265 nm; detection limits ranged from 10 to 70 pg for different prostaglandins.
Chinese J. Instr. Anal. (Fenxiceshixuebao) 14, 73-75 (1995). TLC of the title compounds on silica with 1,2-dichloromethane - cyclohexane 1:4. Identification of the separated spots by IR. Quantification by densitometry at 288 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 386-388 (1994). HPTLC of ticlopidine (T), N-[ß-(2-thienyl)ethyl]-2-chlorobenzylamine (ßT), and 2-chlorobenzylamine (OCBAM) on silica with the upper phase of butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5. Quantification by densitometry at 212, 237 or 301 nm (absorbance). Detection limits for impurities were 10 - 20 ng. The proposed HPTLC method provides accuracy, reproducibility, and selectivity for the identification and determination of T, OCBAM and ßT; it also enables good resolution of the decomposition products of T.
Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 26, 131-132 (1995). TLC of schizandrin A and tanshinone IIA on silica with 1) cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 7:4, 2) benzene - chloroform - acetone 10:8:1. Quantification by densitometry at 224 nm and 485 nm, respectively for the two compounds.
