The LOD and LOQ were 6 and 19 ng/zone. Average recovery was 99.4 %.

Detection by exposure to iodine vapor. The hRF values for (1) to (3) were 48, 44 and 55, respectively. The LOD was found within 1.3-1.7 µg/zone for (1) to (3). Recovery was between 96.3 and 98.7 % for the enantiomers.
