The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Detection by spraying with a 0.01% ethanolic solution of a fluorescent indicator. Analysis of the triglyceride groups according to their unsaturation degree by argentation TLC and densitometry. TLC on silica impregnated by dipping into a 0.5% methanolic silver nitrate solution with petrol ether - acetone 200:7 resp. 200:11. Detection by heating at 105 °C for 1 h, then allowing to stand for 30 min under bromine vapor, then for additional 30 min under sulfuryl chloride vapor, and finally heating for 4-5 min at 180-200 °C. Quantification by densitometry at 450 nm.

Description of Charm Test II receptor assays and TLC-bioautography for ß-lactams, sulfonamides, (dihydro)-streptomycin and erythromycin applied to 257 bovine muscle and kidney samples, and 215 porcine muscle and kidney samples. Quantification of penicillin G by HPLC, and of sulfonamides by TLC with fluorescence densitometry. Comparison of the analysis time, operating costs, etc., of different methods.

Detection by spraying with 2.5 % phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol. Quantification of total saponins by colorimetry, and of ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1 by densitometry at 610 nm.

HPTLC of ketoprofen, molsidomine, fusidic acid, pitofenone, and fenpiverinium on silica with chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol 5:1:4, chloroform - cyclohexane - acetic acid - methanol 40:6:4:1, chloroform - acetone 8:2 and tetrahydrofuran - methanol - acetic acid 5:3:2. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification by densitometry at 233, 290 and 316 nm (absorbance). Recoveries 98.5 to 102.9%; RSD 0.7 to 1.9%. Simple, fast and reliable TLC procedure.
