Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chromatogr. 555, 315-320 (1991). TLC of five sulfonamides on silica with ethyl acetate – butanol – methanol – aqueous NH3 35:45:15:2. Detection by spraying with fluorescamine. Quantification by fluoro-densitometry at 366/>400 nm. Detection limit, less than 0.44 ppm for the 5 compounds with confidence level of 99%.
Chinese J. Antibiotics (Zhongguo Kangshengsu) 16, (1991). TLC of ribostamycin and neomycin B and C and their contaminant neamine on silica with chloroform – methanol – NH3 (25%) 2:3:2. Quantification by densitometry at 535 nm.
Herba Hungarica 30, 17-22 (1991). TLC of tetrahydrocannabinol and cannabidiol on silica with hexane – ether 8:2. Detection by spraying with 0.5% o-dianizidine-tetra-chloride sodium.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 360-364 (1991). Description of a multidimensional approach to the coupling of HPTLC with capillary GC for the separation of the components of Matricaria chamomila. Multiple development on silica gel plates using solvents of different polarity and selectivity enables the separation of the components into various chromatographic zones, differing in the polarity of their constituents.
Report of Gifu Prefect. Inst. (Gifu-Ken Eisei Kenkyushoho) 36, 50-52 (1991). TLC of tetramine on silica with propanol - water - acetic acid - methanol 3:16:4:2. Detection by spraying with bismuth subnitrate and KI reagents. Quantification by densitometry at 550 nm.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 23, 575-576 (1992). TLC of liensinine on silica with chloroform - diethylamine 9:1. Quantification by densitometry at 223 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 12, 237-238 (1992). TLC of glycyrrhizic acid on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 6:1:3. Quantification by densitometry at 255 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 129-137 (1993). HPTLC of vanilla extracts and reference substances on silica with chloroform - ethyl acetate - propan-1-ol 96:2:2 or 94:2:2; detection by postchromatographic derivatization with 2,4-DNPH in 25 mL 95% ethanol and 25 mL of 85% orthophosphoric acid for about 5 sec. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance at 280 nm). A simple method with a high sample throughput.
