Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chromatogr. 623, 403-407 (1992) TLC of methyl ester of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAS) on silver nitrate - impregnated silica with toluene - acetonitrile 97:3. Detection by spraying with 3% copper acetate - 8% orthophosphoric acid in water and heating at 180 °C for 20 min. quantification by autoradiography. The technique is particularly useful for metabolic studies of the chain elongation.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 208-211 (1993). HPTLC of tylosin and erythromycin on silica with ethyl acetate - acetic acid 7:3 and - after drying - with ethyl acetate - acetic acid - water 6:2:2. Detection of tylosin under UV 254 nm, of erythromycin after dipping in a solution of anisaldehyde (1 mL in 100 mL acetic acid + 2 mL conc sulfuric acid). Quantification by densitometry.
J. Chinese Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 17, 552-554 (1992). TLC on silica with hexane - acetone - chloroform and traces of acetic acid 130:3:2. Determination by densitometry at 523 nm.

J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 18, 158-160 (1993). TLC of scopoletin on silica with toluene - diethyl ether - acetic acid 10:10:1. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) at 344 nm.
J. Chromatogr. 659, 177-183 (1994). TLC on RP-18 silica with water - methanol - ethyl acetate 50:48:2. Quantification by densitometry: underivatized substances by absorbance at 218 nm or, after derivatization by 60 minutes HCl exposure followed by heating 30 minutes at 120 °C, by fluorescence at 366/>400 nm.
