The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

J. Liquid Chrom. 10, 1687-1705 (1987). TLC after acidic, alkaline or enzymatic hydrolysis on silica with preadsorbent zone. Predevelopment 3x with chloroform/methanol 1:1 on the preadsorbent zone, then actual development with chloroform - ethanol - triethylamine - H2O 30:34:30:8. Detection with 10% coppersulfate in 8 % H3PO4, or with 0.2 % ninhydrin in acetone after heating for 2 min. at 170 °C. Quantification by absorbance at 400 nm.
- Determination of aflatoxin B1 in dried figs by visual screening, thin-layer chromatography and ELISA. Z. Lebensm. Untersuch. Forsch. 186, 505- 508 (1988). TLC on silica with anhydrous ether in the first direction, with chloroform - acetone - H2O 440:60:1 in the second direction. Quantification by fluorodensitometry (excitation 366 nm, emmission 418 nm).
J. China Pharm. Univ. 18, 205-206 (1987) (Zhongguo Yaoke Daxue Xuebao). TLC on silica with heptane - ethyl acetate - ethanol 5:5:1. Detection by spraying with 0.5M sulfuric acid. Elution with ethanol. Quantification by UV spectrophotometry.
Biochem. J. 249, 351-356 (1988). TLC of fatty acid methyl esters on silica impregnated with 10% silver nitrate with hexane - ether 17:3 for the separation of dienes from trienes. Detection by spraying with 0.2% 2',7'-dichlorofluoroscein by scintillation after elution. Also TLC/densitometric quantification of phospholipids.
Planta 177, 98-107 (1988). TLC of 14C-labelled alkaloids (senecionine N-oxide, integerrimine N-oxide) on silica with chloroform - ethanol - 25% NH3 - pentane 82:14:2. 6:20. Detection by radioscanning.

Acta Pharmaceutica Hungarica 59, 167-172 (1989). TLC of 2ß,16ß-bis-(4'-dimethyl-1‘piperazino)-3a,17ß-diacetoxy-5a-andro stane (=Arduan) on silica with chloroform - dichloromethane - methanol 6:2:2. NaI in an unsaturated development tank sealed airtight. Determination of radioactivity of the parent drug and metabolites separated by ion-pair TLC.
