Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 25, 627-628 (1994). TLC of geniposide on silica with acetone - ethyl acetate - formic acid - water 5:5:1:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification by densitometry at 248 nm (absorbance).
J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 20, (1) 33-34 (1995). TLC of baicalin on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 10:15:11. Quantification by densitometry at 280 nm.
J. Chromatogr. 696, 131-138 (1995). TLC of the title compounds on silica with methanol - 20% (m/v) sodium chloride 3:17. Detection by dipping into 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazole. Quantification by densitometry at 475 nm. Comparison with the results obtained by IEC and colorimetry, the methods prescribed by the European Pharmacopoeia. The method is much easier to perform than the official methods.

J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 20, 630-632 (1995). TLC of ginsenosides on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 13:7:2. Detection by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105 °C for 8 min. Quantification by densitometry at 760 nm.
(HPTLC separation of low-molecular carbohydrates). Dünnschicht-Chromatographie InCom Sonderband 1996, 139-147. HPTLC of thermolysates of sugars (1,6-anhydroglucose, D-glucose, dextrin and starch) on silica with a two-step resp. a 23-step AMD development based on chloroform-methanol-water. Detection by spraying with aniline-diphenylamine-phosphoric acid and drying for 5 min at 105 °C. Quantification by densitometry at 385 nm.
