The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

HPTLC of morphine and codeine with chloroform - n-butanol - methanol NH3 40:30:30:10 and of thebaine, reticuline and papaverine with toluene - ethanol 80:20. Quantification, after elution, with HPLC.

TLC of 8 organophosphorus pesticides on silica with petrol ether - benzene - ethyl acetate - 60:30:10 and petrol ether - benzene - chloroform - ethyl acetate 60:30:5:5. Detection by spraying with 0.01 % 2-methyl-thioacridone in dichloromethane and heating for 15 min at 200 °C, examining under UV 366 and 254 nm. Identification by Rf.

(Identification of metabolites of dihydralazine in man.) Pharmazie 43, 33-36 (1988). TLC of 2-pyrazole, 3-pyrazole and 4-pyrazole on silica with ethyl acetate - ethanol - cyclohexane - dioxane - 25% NH3 40:20:15:15:10 and chloroform - cyclohexane - diethyl amine 70:20:10. Detection with Dragendorff reagent.
(Hungarian). Egészségtudomány 32, 271-277 (1988). TLC of benzopyrene and other polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons on cellulose with methanol - ether - water 4:4:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Detection limit 0.1-0.2 µg/kg.

TLC of flavonoid compounds on cellulose with chloroform - acetic acid 3:2 or 5% aq. acetic acid for glycosides and with water - acetic acid - 32 vol.% HCl 10:30:2 or 15% acetic acid for aglycones. Detection under UV 254 nm after spraying with NH3 and 2-amino ethyl-diphenyl-boric acid ester.
J. Chinese Herb Med. 19, 332 (1988) (Zhongcaoyao). TLC of bile acids on silica with isooctane - ether - acetic acid - butanol - water 10:5:5:3:1. Detection by spraying with 30% sulfuric acid and heating at 105°C for 10 min. and observing under UV 365 nm. Fingerprint identification by comparing with standards.
