The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

TLC of the carotenoid pigments of whole animal, epidermis and hepatopancreas of the crayfish on silica with petrol ether - methanol 95:5 and benzene - ethanol - methanol - 17:2:1. Identification by means of several criteria: Rf-values, chromatographic comparisons, visible absorption spectra of the fractions eluted from TLC plates.
(Procyanidine and flavonoid contents of Crataegus drugs in dependency on origin, harvest-time and method of drying.) Herba Hungarica 26, 15-34 (1987). TLC on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - water 20:7:3 for the oligomeric procyanidines and ethyl acetate - methanol - water 20:5:3 for the polymeric procyanidines. Detection with 1 g vanillin in 100 g 50 % phosphoric acid, heating at 110 °C for 10 min. Identification of the procyanidines under visible light as red spots.

TLC of flavonoids (luteolin, luteolin 7-O-galactoside, luteolin 7-O-digalactoside, luteolin 7-O-monoglucoside, luteolin 7-O-diglucoside, luteolin 7-O-rutinoside, apigenin 7-O-glucoside) on polyamide with water - n-butanol - acetone - dioxane 14:3:2:1 (aqueous), dichloroethane - methanol - MEK - water 50:25:21:4 (organic). Detection under UV, after exposing to NH3 under UV, after spraying with natural dye reagent A in methanol.
Structure of leiocarposide. Pharmazie 43, 278-279 (1988). TLC of a new benzoic acid derivative, leiocarpic acid (3,6-dihydroxy-2- methoxy-benzoic acid) on silica with n-hexane - ether 1:1 or chloroform - methanol - water 6:4:1 or chloroform - acetone - formic acid 80:20:5. Detection by spraying with SbCl3-SbCl5 reagent.
J. of Natural Products 51, 314-318 (1988). Centrifugal preparative TLC of sesquiterpenes on silica with benzene - acetone 4:1 and chloroform - methanol 19:1.
J. Liquid Chrom. 10, 3647-3652 (1987). TLC of 15 amino acids on silica and on silica impregnated with 0.1M solutions of hydroxides of Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba with n-butanol - formic acid - ethanol 3:1:1. Detection with 0.2 % ninhydrin in acetone and heating at 70 °C for 10 min.
