Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
TLC of lupulons, humulons, xanthohumol, chlorophyll on silica with cyclohexane – ethyl acetate – propionic acid 60:38:2. Detection under UV 365 nm. IR spectra after extraction with methanol.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 203-206 (1989). The chromatography of six N-oxides (nicotinic acid N-oxide, metyrapone N-oxide, p-cyano-N, N-dimethyl aniline N-oxide, 3-acetyl pyridine N-oxide, 3-benzylpyridine N-oxide, and pyridine N-oxide) was described for both C-18 and CN-bonded silica gel TLC plates. Using methanol-water solvent systems containing up to 60% methanol the N-oxides had higher Rf values than their respective parent compounds. At concentrations of methanol of 80% or more the order of migration was reversed. Separation of critical pairs was possible by careful selection of one or other of the phases.
Arzneim.-Forsch. 39, 220-226 (1989). TLC of 5-ethyl-2'-deoxyuridine and metabolites on silica and chloroform – isopropanol 8:2. Detection by autoradiography and under UV.
Arzneim.-Forsch. 40, 651-653 (1989). TLC of 20 ß-blockers on silica with 10 different eluents. Detection under UV 254 nm, by spraying with o-phthalaldehyde (detection limit 0.5 ng) or ammonium vanadate/sulfuric acid (detection limit 50 ng) or prechromatographic derivatization with dansyl chloride (detection limit 0.2 ng).
Helv. Chim. Acta 74, 791-799 (1991). TLC of phenolic tetracyclic compounds on silica with chloroform - methanol 95:5 and HPTLC on RP-18 with methanol - water 8:2 or on diol with ethyl acetate - petrol ether 1:1. Detection by UV 254/366 nm or with Godin reagent. Also bioautography with spores of the plant pathogenic fungus cladosporium cucumerinum. HPTLC on RP-8 and on diol allowed the separation of closely related compounds and transposition to prep. HPLC.
Beauv.). J. Agric. Food Chem. 39, 192-196 (1991). TLC of phenolic glycosides-5-HTP, TßC-3-COOH, g-HTßC-3-COOH (6-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-ß-carboline-3-carboxylic acid) on silica with 1-butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:1.
Proc. 6th Int. Symp. Instrum. Planar Chromatogr., (Interlaken 1991), Inst. Chromatogr., Bad Dürkheim, FRG, 157-173 (1991). Determination of title substances on HPTLC-NH2 plates. Qualitative analysis in human urine and serum, 2-fold development with 1-propanol - nitromethane - water - glacial acetic acid 30:30:10:1. Detection under UV or by heating at 150°C. Quantitative analysis of uric acid, creatine, creatinine and glucose in human urine; two-fold development with 1) acetonitrile - water 70:30, 2) ethyl acetate - pyridine - water - acetic acid - propionic acid 50:50:10:5:5. Quantitative analysis of glucose, creatinine and uric acid in serum; two-fold development in 1) acetonitrile - water 80:20, 2) ethyl acetate - pyridine - water - glacial acetic acid - propionic acid 50:50:10:5:5. Quantitative determination by fluorescence 366/>400 nm.
