Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 475-479 (1991). HPTLC of 16 benzimidazols on silica with hexane - 1-propanol 8:2 or benzene - 1-propanol 8:2 (both containing 3 drops of conc NH3) and on RP-18 silica with methanol - 0.5 M NH3 8:2 and acetonitrile - 0.5 M NH3 8:2. Observation under UV 254 nm. The differences in the chromatographic behavior of the benzimidazoles in normal (silica) and reverse (RP-18 silica) phase HPTLC have been correlated with their molecular structure.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 129-137 (1993). HPTLC of vanilla extracts and reference substances on silica with chloroform - ethyl acetate - propan-1-ol 96:2:2 or 94:2:2; detection by postchromatographic derivatization with 2,4-DNPH in 25 mL 95% ethanol and 25 mL of 85% orthophosphoric acid for about 5 sec. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance at 280 nm). A simple method with a high sample throughput.
Planta Med. 59, 76-79 (1993). TLC of hemolytic dammarane saponins on silica with chloroform - hexane - acetic acid 45:30:10 and with chloroform - acetone 80:20 for their methyl ester. Detection with anisaldehyde - sulfuric acid reagent. TLC detection of hemolytic compounds with cattle blood agar.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 5, 463-465 (1992). TLC of 3,3,5,5-tetrachloro-1,1-(1,1'-dioxy-2,2'-binaphthyl)cyclotriphosphazene (BNAF) and 3,3,5,5-tetrachloro-1,1-(2,2'-dioxy-1,1'-binaphthyl)cyclotriphosphazene on silica with heptane - dichloromethane 8:2 and benzene - hexane 2:1. RP chromatography on HPTLC RP-18 silica with methanol and methanol - water 9:1. Detection under UV 254 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 161-164 (1993). TLC of reference mixtures and coal tar mixtures on silica with dichloromethane - methanol 10:1 using numerous specific reagents for visualization of different functional groups.
(Hungarian). Magyar Kémiai Folyórat 99, 89-92 (1993). TLC of rhamnose, galactose, glucose and rutinose on silica with ethyl acetate - acetone - water 8:1:1. Detection by spraying with a solution of acetone - sulfuric acid - anisaldehyde 100:2:1 followed by heating at 100 °C for 10 min.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 21, 455-462 (1993). Two-dimensional TLC of alkaloids with chloroform - methanol 4:1 in the first direction and chloroform - diethylamine 9:2 in the second. Visualization by spraying with van Urk´s reagent.
(Hungarian). Acta Pharmaceutica Hungarica 63, 188-192 (1993). TLC of 5-isopropyl-2'-ß-deoxyuridine on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol 50:1. Densitometry by absorbance at 265 nm. The reproducibility of the OPTLC method (rel. st. dev.) is 4% for the main component.
