The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Quantification by spectrophotometry at 690 mm. Optimization of the solvent system and conditions by statistical methods.
(Adonis aleppica Boiss. Phytochemical investigation, isolation and structure elucidation of cardenolides). Dtsch. Apoth. Ztg. 125, 1945-1949 (1985). Separation of cardenolidaglycones (digitoxigenine, 3-epi-periplogenine, strophanthidine, strophantidol, adonioxigenine, adonitoxoligenine, strophandogenine) on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 80:19:1, after treatment with HCl on the plate. Detection with vanillin-sulfuric acid.
Fresenius Z. Anal. Chem. 322, 513-514 (1985). Proof of enantiomeric purity by TLC of D- and L- (3, 4-dihydroxyphenylalanine) on MN-chiral plates with methanol -water - acetonitrile 5:5:3. Spots are visualized using 0.1 % ninhydrin reagent.
J. Chromatogr. 362, 303-307 (1986). TLC of 18 sulfonamides and a related drug (trimethoprim) on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol 9:1. Detection with 0.5 % 2,5-dichloro-p-benzoquinone in DMSO. J. Chromatogr. 358, 288-290 (1986). Description of the preparation of a spray reagent for TLC detection of aminophenols and related compounds by mixing a 5 % aqueous solution of ZnCl2 with an equal volume of 5% aqueous K3Fe(CN)6. Detection limit 2-5 mg.
Acta Veterinaria 34, 73-80 (1986). TLC of polar lipids on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 65:25:4 and of nonpolar lipids on silica with petrol ether - ether - acetic acid 80:20:1. Detection by UV.
Phytochemistry 25, 2910-2912 (1986). Separation of indole alkaloids and heteroyohimbine alkaloids on silica with chloroform - methanol 9:1, ethyl acetate - isopropanol - NH3 16:3:1 or chloroform - acetone 5:4. Detection with Dragendorff's reagent for alkaloids, 0.2 M FeCl3 in 35 % perchloric acid for heteroyohimbine alkaloids, 0.5 % anisaldehyde in formic acid - sulfuric acid - methanol 2:1:17 for terpenes and procyanidins and with 1 % vanillin in 50 % aq. phosphoric acid for alkaloids and terpenes. Preparative Separation by centrifugal TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol 9:1 and 4:1.
