The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Reaction of morphine derivatives containing double allylic system. Acta Chimica 120, 171-174 (1985). TLC study of the mechanism of the nucleophilic substitution reactions. TLC on silica with benzene - methanol 8:2, 6-o-tosyl-7beta-chloroneopine, 6-o-tosyl-7beta-bromoneopine, 6beta,7beta-dichlorodioxyneopine, 6-chloro-6-demethoxy thebaine, 6-bromo-6-demethoxy thebaine. Detection with Dragendorff reagent.
Collaborative study. Z. Lebensm. Unters. Forsch. 181, 45-46 (1985). TLC of sulfamethazine, sulfadiazine, sulfaquinoxaline, sulfanilamide and sulfadoxine on silica with chloroform - butanol, visualization with fluorescamine.
Chromatographia 22, 19-20 (1986). TLC of copper, iron and manganese on microcrystallic cellulose with acetone - HCl - water 8:1:2. Detection by spraying with rubeanic acid and exposure to NH3 vapor. Detection limit 20 mg/g of material. Developing solvent quoted was best under II investigated.
(Klamath weed (hypericum perforatum L.) - testing for falsification). Dtsch. Apoth. Ztg. 126, 2569-2573 (1986). TLC separation of flavonoid glycosides (i.a. hyperoside, quercitrin, quercitin, hypericin, emodin, hyperforin) on silica with ethyl acetate - formic acid - water 30:2:3., toluene - ethyl formiate - formic acid 50:20:5, heptane -isopropanol - formic acid 90:15:0.5 and hexane - ether 8:2. Detection by UV 254 nm, or spraying with 1 % methanolic "Naturstoffreagenz Roth" and subsequently with 5 % methanolic PEG 4000 solution, examination under UV 366 nm; spraying with 0.5 % aqueous fast blue salt B solution.
Phytochemistry 26, 229-235 (1987). TLC of complex triterpenoid saponin mixtures on silica with chloroform - methanol - formic acid - water 15:9:1:2 and ethyl acetate - methanol -water 8:1:0.1, on RP-8 with 60 % methanol and on Avicel with the upper layer of butanol -pyridine -. water 6:2:3. Detection with 5 % sulfuric acid - methanol. Also PLC and column chromatography. Solvent systems suitable for very polar saponins.
Examined by carbon-13 NMR. J. Agric. Food. Chem. 34, 470-472 (1986). TLC of maduramicin and metabolites on silica in one- and two-dimensional mode with ethyl acetate - ether - NH3 50:50:1, hexane - acetone 1:1, ethyl acetate - toluene - NH3 66:33:1. Detection by autoradiography and spraying with a methanolic solution of 4 g vanillin and 4 ml sulfuric acid conc., followed by heating at 100 °C for 2 min.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 34, 79-86 (1986). TLC separation of propetamphos (CE)-O-2-methyl ethyl phosphoramido thioate) and metabolites on silica with hexane - ethanol 95:5, benzene - ethyl acetate - hexane 1:4:2, acetonitrile - water 95:5, 95:25, etc., after development the plates were cut into strips and radioactivity was measured by LSC. Detection of non-radioactive compounds by UV, by exposure to iodine vapors and/or by spraying with DBQ in cyclohexane with heating at 118 °C for 10 min.
