The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

TLC of indole alkaloids from Alstonia scholaris on silica with chloroform – methanol – water 7:2:1 (lower layer), ethyl acetate – methanol – water 8:2:1 or chloroform – methanol – acetone – NH3 80:10:5: . Detection by spraying with Dragendorff’s or Ehrlich’s reagent in 10% sulfuric acid. Also column chromatography.
Arzneim.-Forsch. 40, 1159-1162 (1990). TLC of praziquantel and metabolites on silica with butanol – chloroform – ethyl acetate – NH3 20:20:60:3, methanol – dichloromethane 1:1. Determination with linear TLC radioactivity scanner response UV.
Agric. Food Chem. 38, 1696-1699 (1990). TLC of phenols and phenolic acids on silica impregnated with 10% ammonium sulfate with toluene - ethanol - formic acid 5:4:1. Detection by heating at 180 °C for 10 min or by spraying with 0.5 % ferric chloride - 0.5 % ferricyanide.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 39, 871-873 (1991). TLC of phenolic acids on silica with ethyl acetate - formic acid - acetic acid - water 100:11:11:27. Detection under UV 254 and 366 nm and by spraying with Folin phenol reagent.
Phytochemistry 30, 2365-2367 (1991). TLC of limonoids and limonoid glucosides on silica with ethyl acetate - MEK - formic acid - water 5:3:1:1. For aglycones, three solvent systems were used: cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 2:3, dichloromethane - methanol 49:1 or ethyl acetate - dichloromethane 2:3. Plates were sprayed with Ehrlich’s reagent and exposed to HCl: typical pink color.
Acta Chimica 127, 9-19 (1990). TLC of morphine alkaloids on silica with chloroform - acetone diethylamine 5:4:1 or chloroform - methanol - conc. NH3 90:10:5 or chloroform - methanol 9:1 or benzene - methanol 8:2. Detection under UV or by spraying with Dragendorff’s reagent.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 38, 266-268 (1990). TLC on silica with hexane - methanol - acetone - diethylamine 100:1:1:1 (2x development). Visualization under UV after spraying with a chromogenic agent or autoradiography.

TLC of bufadienolide on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - water 81:11:8 or chloroform - methanol - water 70:22:3,5 or ethyl methyl ketone - toluene - methanol - water - acetic acid 80:10:5:2. Detection by spraying with 50% ethanolic sulfuric acid.
