The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword

(Echinacea drugs- standardization using HPTLC and TLC.) Dtsch. Apoth. Ztg. 126, 1065-1070 (1986). TLC of sesquiterpene esters on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate 7:3. Detection with vanillin - sulfuric acid or acetic acid - phosphoric acid - dimethylaminobenzaldehyde 50:5:0.25. Separation of echinacosid with ethyl acetate - formic acid - water - acetic acid 100:11:27:11 and determination of phenolic compounds with toluene - ethyl formiate - formic acid - water 5:100:10:10.
Detection by UV 254 nm. Detection limit for phenobarbital < 500 ng/ml
Chromatographia 21, 234-238 (1986). TLC of ecdysteroids on silica with a) dichloromethane - ethanol 85:15, b) ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 85:10:5, c) ethyl acetate - methanol - water 8:2:1. Detection under UV at 254 nm or spraying with vanillin reagent.
