The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. Detection after drying at 110 °C by spraying first with 0.1% aqueous potassium permanganate solution and after 15 min. with 0.01% aqueous bromophenolblue solution. Detection limit 1 µg.
Hydrolysis of nitroarylesters under the influence of pilocarpine, histamine, cimetidine, 2-methylimidazole, piperazine and allopurinol as catalysts. Pharmazie 42, 824-826 (1987). TLC of 2-nitrophenyl acetate, 2-nitro-4-methylphenyl acetate, 2,4-dinitrophenyl acetate, 4,6-dinitro-2-methylphenyl acetate on silica with n-hexane - benzene - ethyl acetate - chloroform 340:67:40:20. Detection with iodine, ethanolic KOH and under UV.

Detection under UV. Determination of the antifungal activity by a TLC bioassay using spores of Cladosporium cucumerinum. Also droplet counter-current chromatography (DCCC).

Detection with 10% ethanolic molybdatophosphoric acid, heating for 5-10 min to 150°C, improvement of color development by treatment with NH3 chamber; 0.1% aq. solution of ammonium 8-anilino-naphthalene-1-sulfonate.
