Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

J. Agric. Food Chem. 35, 100-1 05 (1987). Analytical and preparative TLC separation of fenvalerate and metabolites on silica 60 F 254 in one- and two-dimensional modes with 7 different solvent systems, e.g. hexane - toluene - acetic acid 3:15:2 and toluene - ether 10:1.
Herba Hungarica 25, 95-104, 1986. TLC of furocoumarins (isoimperatorin, peucedanin), extracted with ethanol of the rhizomes and roots, on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate 8:2; detection under UV at 254 and 366 nm.
(Asteraceae), with special regard to the ecdysteroids. Herba Hungarica 25, 115-133 (1986). TLC of ecdysteroids on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 85:10:5 against standard of 0.1% methanolic solution of 20-hydroxyecdysone; estimation under UV 254 nm, and then at 366 nm after spraying with 1% solution of vanillin/sulfuric acid: blue fluorescing spots.
Acta Alimentaria 16, 45-52 (1987). TLC of zearalenol on silica with chloroform - ethanol 97:3; detection by UV 366 and 254 nm. Also OPTLC of zearalenol on silica with chloroform - acetone 9:1; spraying with 1 % 4-methoxy - benzene - diazoniumfluoroborate and heating for 10 min. at 110 °C. Spots of zearalenol turned into red-brown. Sensitivity 0.03-0.04 mg/spot.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 15, 639-641 (1987). TLC of flavonoids on polyamide. Visualization under UV at 366 nm both before and after spraying with natural dye reagent A/ß-amino-ethylester of diphenyl-boric acid.
Synthesis of 3-O-methyl-L-xylose. Acta Chim. 124, 315-321 (1987). Elucidation of the structures of synthesized compounds by TLC (and 13C-NMR spectroscopy). TLC on silica with dichloromethane - methanol 95:5, dichloromethane - ethyl acetate 9:1, dichloromethane - acetone 9:1, dichloromethane - methanol 85:15. Detection by charring with 50% sulfuric acid or under UV.
Virgaureasaponin 1, a new bisdesmosidic triterpenoid saponin of Solidago virgaurea L. Pharmazie 42, 541-543 (1987). TLC of saponins on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 15:10:2, with chloroform - methanol 9:1 and with n-butanol - ethanol - water 4:1:5 (upper phase). Detection reagents: blood gelatin for saponins, anisaldehyde - sulfuric acid for saponins and sapogenins and thymol - sulfuric acid for sugars. A new triterpenesaponin isolated and identified.
