The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

J. of Medicinal Chemistry 32, 880-884 (1989). TLC of peptides on silica with butanol - ethyl acetate - acetic acid - water 1:1:1:1 and butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5. Visualization with 10% bleach-1% KI-starch.
J. of Medicinal Chemistry 32, 2158-2162 (1989). TLC of vinblastine on silica with chloroform - methanol 95:5. Visualization under UV 254 nm and by spraying with ceric ammonium sulfate or Dragendorff’s reagent.
Phytochemistry 28, 455-460 (1989). TLC of S-alk(en)yl-L-cysteine sulfoxides on silica with tetrahydrofuran - pyridine - water - acetic acid 8:15:15:2 or propanol - water - propylacetate - acetic acid - pyridine 120:60:20:4:1. Visualization by spraying with ninhydrin.
J.A.O.A.C. 71, 872-874 (1988). TLC of pesticides (DDT complex, HCH isomers, heptachlor and epoxide, aldrin and dieldrin, HCB) on alumina with heptane. Visualization by spraying with AgNO3 and followed by UV exposure.
J. Chromatogr. 434, 177-186 (1988). TLC of metabolites of erythromycins on silica with three different solvent systems. Detection by spraying with 4-methoxy-benzaldehyde - sulfuric acid - ethanol 1:1:9 and heating at 110°C for 1 min. Confirmation by MS after TLC identification and purification.
Planta Med. 55, 51-54 (1989). TLC of tanshinone I, cryptotanshinone and tanshinone VI on silica with chloroform, hexane - ethyl acetate 8:2 and chloroform - methanol 1:1.
