Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 21, 621-623 (1993). TLC of 6´-O-ß-D-glucosylasperuloside on silica with butanol saturated with water.
Sanguisorba alpina.) (Chinese). J. Chinese Herb. Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 24, 451-454 (1993). TLC of ethanol extracts of Sanguisorba alpina on silica with petrol ether - acetone in different ratios. Preparation of the separated zones by elution and crystallization. Identification of 11 constituents by measuring their physical-chemical parameters, and by IR and NMR.
Phytochemistry 36, 133-137 (1994). TLC of a saponin mixture on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - water 5:4:1; on RP-18 with acetonitrile - water 1:1 and on cellulose with butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5. Detection with 1% ceric sulfate in 1 M sulfuric acid. Cellulose TLC chromatograms were sprayed with aniline phthalate reagent. Excellent separation conditions for saponins and related terpenoid glycosides.
Bola. J. Agric. Food. Chem. 42, 640-644 (1994). TLC of carotenoids (ß-carotene, lutein, neoxanthin, violaxanthin, ß-cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin, capsanthin, capsorubin - as esters) on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate - ethanol - acetone 95:3:2:2; co-chromatography; observation under UV 254 and 366 nm.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 22, 113-120 (1994). TLC of lichen substances on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 35:20:2. Detection under UV 254 nm.
(Detection and identification of flunitrazepam (RohypnolR) in urine by TLC.) T+K 61 (3), 74-79, (1994). Sample preparation by acid hydrolysis followed by solid phase extraction (Extrelut); reduction of the nitro group by TiCl3. Chromatography on silica with chloroform - acetone - NH3 60:30:5, post chromatographic derivatization with Bratton-Marshall reagent; detection limit 100-150 ng/mL urine. Advantages over GC/MS: less interference by large concentrations of other drugs; low time requirement.
J. Chromatogr. B, 664, 311-316 (1995). An optimized gradient enabling the separation of all stratum corneum lipids by automated multiple development on HPTLC plates is presented. An initial isocratic step with toluene separates sebum lipids. This is followed by a 25-step development using a gradient with a polarity range of methanol - water to hexane. Post-chromatographic derivatization by spraying with 10% cupric sulfate pentahydrate in 8% o-phosphoric acid solution and heating for 10 min at 110 °C. Densitometric scanning by absorbance at 450 nm.
