The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword

Analysis of individual C18 acids: petroselinic acid and oleic acid separated by argentation TLC: three runs in toluene at -20 °C on silica impregnated with 10 % solution of AgNO3. Detection of the lipids with dichloro-fluoresceine (0.2 % in ethanol).
V. Danube Symposium on Chromatography Yalta, November 11 -16, 1985. TLC of piperazine, N-hydroxy-ethyl piperazine, N, N'-bis (hydroxyethyl) piperazine, N-p-chlorobenzhydryloxy ethoxy ethyl piperazine on silica with methanol - NH3 100:1.5. Detection with Dragendorff reagent.
J. Chromatogr. 303, 309-311 (1984). TLC of the. title compounds on silica with hexane - dioxane - acetic acid 79:20:1. Detection by spraying with chromogenic reagents including o-tolidine-Kl, p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde and Pd chloride for the parent compound. Detection limit 0.5 mg.
Chinese Traditional Med. (Zhongyao Tongbao) 10, 80-84 (1985). (Chinese) TLC of limonene on silica containing 10 % silver nitrate with dichloromethane - chloroform - ethyl acetate - butanol 45:45:0.45.: 0.45. Detection by spraying with 2 % KMnO4 . Quantification by spectrophotometry at 690 mm. Optimization of the solvent system and conditions by statistical methods.
(Adonis aleppica Boiss. Phytochemical investigation, isolation and structure elucidation of cardenolides). Dtsch. Apoth. Ztg. 125, 1945-1949 (1985). Separation of cardenolidaglycones (digitoxigenine, 3-epi-periplogenine, strophanthidine, strophantidol, adonioxigenine, adonitoxoligenine, strophandogenine) on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 80:19:1, after treatment with HCl on the plate. Detection with vanillin-sulfuric acid.
Fresenius Z. Anal. Chem. 322, 513-514 (1985). Proof of enantiomeric purity by TLC of D- and L- (3, 4-dihydroxyphenylalanine) on MN-chiral plates with methanol -water - acetonitrile 5:5:3. Spots are visualized using 0.1 % ninhydrin reagent.
J. Chromatogr. 362, 303-307 (1986). TLC of 18 sulfonamides and a related drug (trimethoprim) on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol 9:1. Detection with 0.5 % 2,5-dichloro-p-benzoquinone in DMSO.
