The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Stabilization and antimicrobial effect. Acta Pharm. Hungarica 57, 171-181 (1987). TLC of essential oils and carlina oxide on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate or n-hexane. Spraying with an ethanolic solution of 1% vanillin and 10% sulfuric acid and heating at 105 °C. Detection under UV 254 nm.
Chinese J.Pharm.Anal. 8, 33-36 (1988) (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi). TLC of d-menthone and 1-pulegone on alkali-modified silica with petrol ether - ethyl acetate 9:1. Detection by spraying with vanillin - sulfuric acid - ethanol 1:1:18 and heating at 80 °C for 20 min.
J. Microchem. 35 112-119 (1987). TLC of urea, thiourea, selenourea, 9H-xanthene, thioxanthene, selenoxanthene, xanthone, thioxanthone, selenoxanthone on silica with 20 resp. 25 different solvents. Visualization with 6 different reagents, in particular by spraying with conc. sulfuric acid. Determination of optimum separation systems.

TLC of 5+-vanillate of 2,3-epoxy-jaeschkeana-diol, 5+-(4-hydroxybenzoate) of lancerotol and 2ß-hydroxy-3,4-epoxy-jaeschkeanadiol on silica with chloroform - methanol 85:15. Detection by spraying with 1% solution of vanillin/sulfuric acid and heating at 110°C for 10 min.

Acta Chimica 125, 255-265 (1988). TLC of 8ß,14ß- epoxy morphine alkaloids on silica with benzene - methanol 8:2. Detection by spraying with Dragendorff-reagent.
