Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Indian J. Pharm. Sci. 67 (3), 351-355 (2005). HPTLC of carbamazepine, phenytoin, and phenobarbitone in tablets on silica gel with toluene - acetone 5:2. Quantification by absorbance measurement at 217 nm. This method was quantitatively evaluated in terms of linearity, accuracy, precision, repeatability and specificity proving its utility in estimation of drug content in tablet dosage form.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 19, 302-306 (2006). HPTLC of pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate and domperidone on silica gel, prewashed with methanol, at 23 - 27 °C in a pre-saturated twin-trough chamber with methanol - water - ammonium acetate 8:2:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 286 nm. The method was validated in accordance with ICH guidelines.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 19, 432-437 (2006). TLC of cortisone derivatives (corticosterone acetate, 11-dehydrocorticosterone acetate, corticosterone, 11-dhydrocorticosterone, allo-diydrocortisone, hydrocortisone, and cortisone) on a mixture of silica gel and kieselguhr impregnated with a 10 % solution of paraffin oil in hexane. The plates were developed with methanol - water 3:2. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 28, 3243-3254(2005). TLC of tranexamic acid (trans-4-(aminomethyl)cyclohexane carboxylicacid) on silica gel with n-butanol - glacial acetic acid - water 4:1:1 in a twin-trough chamber with chamber saturation. Detection by dipping in a 0.25 % solution of ninhydrin in ethanol and heating at 100 °C for 1 min. Quantitation by densitometry in absorbance mode at 488 nm.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. & Relat. Technol. 29, 2129-2139 (2006). TLC of fusidic acid on silica gel with n-hexane - ethyl acetate - glacial acetic acid 6:3:1. To detect the spots on chromatograms, densitometric measurements at three different wavelengths were carried out, i. e., 240 nm (FA), 260 nm (MHB, PHB), and 290 nm (BHA), leading to increased selectivity and decreased interferences of the peaks.
Pharmazie 61, 274-277 (2006). TLC of twelve isatin analogues (derivatives of 3-{[(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)benzenesulfonamido-4’-yl]imino}-5-fluoro-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one) on silica gel with chloroform - methanol 9:1. Visualization by iodine vapor.
Lipids 17, 448-452 (1982). Purification of hexadecyl cholesteryl ether by silica column chromatography for removing the majority of unreacted hexadecylmethane sulfonate and dihexadecyl ether by-product. TLC on silica with hexane - ether acetic acid 80:20:1. Typical overall product yield 60-80 % of the theory. Product resistant to acid hydrolysis in 7 % HCl in methanol for 4 h at 60 °C, conditions that hydrolize cholesteryl oleate.
(Hungarian). Magyar Kémiai Folyóirat 93, 277-281 (1987). TLC of orthoiodo-hippuric acid and its main contaminants on silica with methanol - chloroform - acetic acid 100:75:2.5. Densitometry at 254 nm.
