Densitometry in absorbance/reflectance mode at 240 nm for sulpiride and impurity B; after spraying with ninhydrin solution, heating at 80°C for 10 min scanning of impurity A was done at 240 nm and 500 nm. Simple, accurate, reproducible and quick TLC procedure.
