Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 30, 2369-2383 (2007). TLC of 2-arylpropionic acids, namely ibuprofen and naproxen, on silica gel and silica gel impregnated with a 0.03 mol/L solution of L-arginine in methanol by dipping for 2 s, with ethanol and ethanol containing several drops of acetic acid. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. It was demonstrated that the crystalline chirality of the silica gel adsorbent is most probably responsible for the horizontal enantioseparation, whereas the molecular chirality of L-arginine deposited on the silica gel layer is responsible for the vertical enantioseparation.
Asian J. Chem. 18(4), 2669-2672 (2006). TLC of lamivudine and zidovudine on silica gel with toluene - methanol - n-hexane 14:3:2. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 275 nm. Linearity for lamivudine and zidovudine was in the range of 0.8-2.0 and 1.5-4.0 µg/zone, respectively. The average recovery was 99.4 - 100.3 % for both drugs. The method can be applied for routine simultaneous estimation in combined dosage form.
Chromatographia 50 (1/8), 428-432 (2000). TLC on silica gel with acetone - toluene 1:1. Quantitation by densitometry at 254 nm. Comparison with previous methods, stressing on TLC's merits like the use of dexamethasone as a marker for cortisol localization on TLC sheets, the use of buffer instead of organic solvents to recover cortisol form silica gel and the rapidity of the competitive protein-binding assay (1 - 2 h).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 201-206 (2009). TLC of ambroxol hydrochloride and doxycycline hyclate on silica gel with ethyl acetate - ethanol - glacial acetic acid - water 90:40:5:10 with chamber saturation for 1 h. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm for ambroxol hydrochloride and 270 nm for doxycycline hyclate.
(Substanzidentifikation in der Dioden-Array Dünnschichtchromatographie). GIT Fachz. Lab. 658-660, (2003). HPTLC of codeine, tramadol, flupirtine and lidocaine on silica gel with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 17:2:1. Quantitation by densitometry between 198 and 610 nm. The UV spectra of the separated substances are used for the identification.
Abstract No. F-335, 61st IPC (2009). HPTLC of famotidine and domperidone on silica gel with toluene - methanol - triethyl amine 12:6:1. The hRf value was 23 and 67 for famotidine and domperidone, respectively. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 290 nm. The method was linear in the range of 100-500 ng/band. Recovery was 98.6-98.9 % for both drugs.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 417-420 (2009). HPTLC of escitalopram oxalate and clonazepam on silica gel, prewashed with methanol, in a twin trough chamber saturated for 20 min at 25 °C with methanol - toluene - triethylamine 10:35:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 253 nm.
