Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 17, 191 (1997). TLC on silica slurried with 5% NaH2PO4 - 0.1% Na2EDTA 1:3 with chloroform - methanol - NH3 conc. 1:1:1. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor. This procedure gave better separation for the medicine than that recommended in China pharmacopoeia.
J. Chromatogr. A 791, 231-235 (1997). HPTLC on silica gel developed with AMD with an optimized gradient based on dichloromethane - methanol - hexane. Detection by spraying with chlorosulfonic acid and heating for 30 min at 110°C. Visualization under UV365 nm and daylight. Correlation of the molecular structures of forskolin derivatives to the migration distance by multiple correspondence analysis.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 18, 37-39 (1996). TLC on silica gel with chloroform - methanol 4:1 and traces of NH3. Quantitation by densitometry at 237 nm. Precision 0.6% (n=5) within plate and 2.2% (n=5) plate-to-plate. Recovery 100.2 ± 2.64% (n=5).
Chinese J. Pharm. (Zhongguo Yaoxue Zazhi) 33, 585-587 (1998). TLC on silica gel with 1) benzene - acetone 4:1, 2) benzene - methanol 4:1, 3) benzene - methanol - NH3 conc. 4:1:1. Detection by spraying with acetic anhydride - sulfuric acid 9:1 or by spraying with 3% ninhydrin in ethanol or under UV. Discrimination by finger print technique.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 21 (4) 205-207 (1999). TLC on silica gel with 1) chloroform - methanol 40:1 for oleanolic acid, 2) benzene - chloroform - acetone 5:4:1 for indigo and indirubin. Detection by 1) exposure to iodine vapors or under UV. Identification by comparison with the standard. Quantitation by UV spectrophotometry.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 22 (9), 659-660 (2000). Development of a TLC method for the quality control of the title medicine to improve the method of China pharmacopoeia on silica gel with chloroform - methanol 40:1. Detection by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 100°C for 10 min. Discussion of the merits of the new procedure.
J. Chinese Trad & Herb. Drugs (Zhongcaoyao) 31 (9), 673-674 (2000). TLC on silica gel with 1) chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol -water 15:40:22:10, 2) chloroform -methanol -water 13:7:2. Detection by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105°C for 5 min. Quantitation by densitometry at 510 nm.
