Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Arzneim.-Forsch. 39, 223-226 (1989). HPTLC of ifosfamide and 6 metabolites on silica with acetic acid – dimethylformamide – dichloromethane 1:10:90. Detection by autoradiography.
GIT Suppl. Chromatogr. (1990) 31-39. HPTLC of ß-blockers and their metabolites on silica using 8 different post-chromatographic derivatization methods with different sensitivities, detection limits in the pg resp. ng-range. Mobile phases: toluene - diethylamine 15:5, ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 25% 40:5:5, chloroform - diethylamine 18:2, toluene - ethyl acetate - diethylamine 10:6:2. Detection limit of a pre-chromatographic derivatization procedure using dansyl chloride: between 200 and 500 ng. Sensitive TLC method for the differentiation between arylethanolamine and aryloxypropanolamine types of ß-blockers.
Magyar Kémiai Folyoirat 98, 115-116 (1992). TLC of three diasterioisomeric 2,3-o-isopropylidene tartaldehyde dithioacetals from monosaccarides on silica with hexane – ethyl acetate 7:3 or 9:1, chloroform – methanol 9:1 or 10:1, hexane – ether – ethyl acetate 30:3:1, dichloromethane – methanol 93:7. Visualization under UV 254 nm and by spraying with various spray reagents.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 212-215 (1993). OPLC of 8 aromatic N glycosides on silica impregnated with 0.2 M TCMA and methanol - water 4:6. Visualization under UV at 254 nm.
Indian Drugs 30 (12), 653-654 (1993). HPTLC of ibuprofen and paracetamol in analgesic tablets on silica (prewashed with methanol) with hexane - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 90:25:10. Densitometry at 265 nm. Recovery 99 - 101%.
(Video-densitometric evaluation of thin layer chromatograms). Dünnschicht-Chromatographie InCom Sonderband 1996, 148-156. TLC of torasemid and metabolite on silica with toluene - xylene - 1,4-dioxane - isopropanol - NH3 1:1:3:3:2, detection under UV 254 nm. - Author's summery: "From this investigation can be concluded that video densitometry can produce results equivalent to those obtained with classical evaluation systems. If the expected greater range of linearity can be relied on is questionable; this cannot be judged yet on the basis of the limited experience."
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 17 (3), 1-3 (1995). TLC on silica with 1) toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 40:25:4, 2) benzene - ethyl acetate 19:1. Quantification of protocatechualdehyde and tanshinone IIA by densitometry at 280 nm. Discussion of the extraction process. Recoveries >95 % for both.
Proc. 9th Internat. Symp. Instr. Chromatogr., Interlaken, April 9.-11., 5-13 (1997). TLC of sulfamides (sulfathiazole, phthalylsulfathiazole, sulfaquinoxaline, sulfametin, sulfadimerazine) on silica with 7 different mobile phases, i.a. chloroform - isopropanol 4:1 and chloroform - methanol - hexane 16:3:1. Detection under UV and after dinitration.
