The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today.       Rapid fluorimetric HPTLC method for the quantitative determination of rape seed oil in fermentation broth

      J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 284 - 287 (1995). Development of a fluorimetric HPTLC method for the quantitative determination of rape seed oil in fermentation broth. After extraction of the oil from the broth, samples and standards are sprayed automatically as bands on to the plate. Separation takes four minutes and, after derivatization and scanning, a polynomial function is used for quantification. The coefficient of variation (n = 6) is 1%. - HPTLC of rape seed oil (commercial product) on silica with petrol ether - ether 5:1; derivatization by dipping into a mixture of water-methanol-70% perchloric acid 80:20:3 followed by heating for 8 min at 120 °C. Quantification by densitometry (fluorescence) at 366 nm.
