Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Arzneim.-Forsch. 39, 579-586 (1989). TLC separation of tiropramide and basic, acidic and aminoacidic, neutral metabolites on silica with 5 different solvent mixtures. Detection under UV 254 nm; quantification by scintillometry after removal from the plate.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 92-97 (1995). TLC of deramciclane and metabolites on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water, ethyl acetate - triethylamine, and ethyl acetate - ethanol - triethylamine in different ratios. Digital autoradiographic evaluation was used for obtaining rapid information; in situ semiquantitative analysis of compounds separated was performed.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 11, 25-29 (1998). Description of the powerful off-line combination of rapid, high-resolution overpressured-layer chromatography (OPLC) with the high sensitivity and rapidity of digital autoradiography (DAR), by which qualitative and quantitative analysis of radiolabeled metabolites in biological samples can be performed relatively quickly. OPLC/HPTLC of deramciclane (1R,2S,4R-(-)-N,N-dimethyl-2-[(1,7,7-trimethyl-2- phenylbicyclo[2,2,1]hept-2-yl)oxy]-ethaneamine 2-(E)-butanedioate) on silica gel with n-butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:1, ethyl acetate - ethanol - triethylamine 25:25:2, acetonitrile - n-butanol - acetic acid - water 25:17:4:4 or 44:30:7:19. For comparison to the radioactivity signal, UV and fluorescence signals were evaluated at 254 and 366 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 19, 27-31 (2006). Use of TLC to investigate possible chemical interactions of vitamins A and D with frequently used therapeutics (estrogens and progestins, corticosteroids, HMG CoA reductase inhibitors, vitamins, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). Concentrations of vitamins and drugs applied to the plates were adjusted to mimic the doses usually prescribed in therapy. TLC on silica gel with cyclohexane - ether 1:1, 17:3, and ethyl acetate. The strength of interaction was measured as a surface below or above a distorted part of the sample band, visible under UV light at 254 nm or after exposing the plates to iodine vapor.
59th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress C-176, 267, (2007). HPTLC of tylophorine, kaempferol, alpha-amyrin, and quercetin in an alcoholic extract from Tylophora indica on silica gel with ethyl acetate - formic acid - glacial acetic acid - water 100:11:11:26. Densitometry at 366 nm. The method was found suitable for the estimation of quercetin in plant drugs and their formulations.
Asian J. Chem. 1, 509-513 (2008). HPTLC of andrographolide in Andrographis paniculata homoeopathic mother tincture on silica gel with chloroform - methanol 7:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 225 nm. The standard mother tincture was found to contain 21.9 mg/100 mL andrographolide, where as 6 commercial samples contained varying amounts of andrographolide ranging from 4.89-54.62 mg/100 mL.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. 28 (9), 1554-1556 (2008). TLC of scalreol on silica gel with n-hexane – ethyl acetate – formic acid 32:16:1. Detection by spraying with vanillin – sulfuric acid – ethanol 1:1:18. Quantification by densitometry at 520 nm. Linearity was between 10 and 50 µg/zone with a determination coefficient of 0.9994. Recovery was 100.1 % (n = 6, %RSD = 0.9). Repeatability (%RSD, n = 6) was 2.1 % within plate and 2.3 % plate-to-plate.
International Journal of Pharma and Bio Sciences 1(4), 339-345 (2010). TLC on silica gel (plates pre-washed with methanol) with chloroform - toluene - methanol - glacial acetic acid 50:20:30:1. The hRf value of s-amlodipine was 33 and of nebivolol 48. Densitometric evaluation at 271 nm. The linearity range was 500-2500 ng/zone for nebivolol and 250-1250 ng/zone for s-amlodipine. The method was suitable for routine analysis of the formulation.
