Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 16, 30-33 (1996). TLC on silica with benzene - methanol - formic acid 17:50:33. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification after elution by fluorospectrophotometry at 294/>495 nm. Investigation of the excretion rate of the drug in human urine. Detection limit 10 µg/mL.
Asian J. Chem. 18(2), 1078-1084 (2006). TLC of nimesulide and diclofenac sodium on silica gel with n-hexane - ethyl acetate - chloroform - acetic acid 16:2:3:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 256 nm. The hRf value of nimesulide was 3 and of diclofenac sodium 57. Linearity was between 1.0 and 3.2 µg/zone for nimesulide and 0.5 and 1.6 µg/zone for diclofenac sodium. The recoveries (by standard addition method) were in the range of 99.1 and 101.0 for both drugs. The proposed method is precise and accurate and can be used for routine analysis of nimesulide and diclofenac sodium capsule formulation.
J. Chromatogr. B 704, 361-373 (1998). HPTLC on silica gel with 1) hexane - acetone 4:1, 2) toluene and on RP-18 silica gel with methanol - water 7:3. Detection under UV 254 nm and by spraying with 2% 4-(4-nitrobenzyl)pyridine in acetone and heating at 110°C for 5 min, or with 5% PdCl2 in 10% HCl. Measurement of Rf values. Investigation of the detection limits for some insecticides.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 137-140 (2009). HPTLC of fluvastatin and photochemical decomposition products on RP-18 with phosphate buffer (pH 4.0) - methanol 3:17 at 4 +/- 0.5 °C with chamber saturation and under light protection. Before development the plates were thermostated for 10 min in the dry chamber. Detection of fluvastatin and its photoproducts under UV 254 nm. Isolation of photoproducts by preparative TLC on RP-18.
Biol. Chem. 379, 59-63 (1998). TLC of tyrosine and 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-alanine (DOPA), as well as of adrenaline, noradrenaline and dopamine on silica gel with n-butanol ñ acetic acid ñ water 4:1:1. Detection with ninhydrin spray. Rf values: DOPA 0.29, adrenaline 0.36, noradrenaline 0.38, tyrosine 0.41, dopamine 0.43. Measurement of [3H]-radioactivity of DOPA by scintillation counting.
60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress PA-219 (2008). HPTLC of rosuvastatin calcium on silica gel with toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 9:7:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. The hRf value was 32. The method was linear in the range of 100-100 ng/spot, recovery was 99.7 %.
J. Chinese Trad. & Herb. Drugs (Zhongcaoyao) 32 (10), 934-936 (2001). TLC on silica gel with 1) toluene - ethyl acetate 13:10, 2) butanol - acetic acid - water 5:5:1. Detection 1) by spraying with vanillin-sulfuric acid reagent and heating at 105°C, 2) under UV 365 nm. Identification by finger print technique, combined with UV absorption spectrometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 425-428 (2009). HPTLC of olmesartan medoxomil and hyrochlorothiazide on silica gel, prewashed with methanol, with chloroform - methanol - toluene 6:4:5 in a twin trough chamber saturated for 15 min. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 258 nm.
