The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 25, 40-42 (2003). TLC of paracetamol on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - acetone 18:3:3 with traces of NH3. Detection under UV 254 nm, and by spraying with 5% potassium iodobismuthate. Identification by fingerprint technique. Quantitation of paracetamol by k-ratio spectrophotometry .

Patent Med., (Zhongchengyao) 25(3), 193-196 (2003) TLC on silica gel with 1) toluene - chloroform - acetone - formic acid 40:25:35:3, 2) ethyl acetate - chloroform 4:1, 3) chloroform - methanol - water 13:7:2. Detection 1) by spraying with 5% AlCl3 in ethanol and heating, 2) under UV, 3) by spraying with 5% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating. Identification by finger-print technique.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 25 (8), 665-666 (2004) .TLC on silica gel with chloroform - acetone - formic acid 10:5:2. Detection 1) by spraying with 10 % H2SO4 in ethanol and heating at 80 ºC, 2) under UV 365 nm, 3) daylight, and 4) by densitometry at 543 nm. Identification by fingerprint techniques. Running the procedure for 16 ginsengs cultivated in different regions.

J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 25 (8), 651-653 (2004). TLC on silica gel with n-butanol - ethyl acetate - ammonia 10% 4:1:5. Detection by spraying with 10 % H2SO4 in ethanol and heating at 105 ºC for 5-7 min. Identification by standard comparison. Quantification by densitometry at 530 nm. Validation of the procedure by investigation of its precision, specificity, repeatability, reproducibility, recovery, etc. Determination of the title compound in the extracts from five batches of the drug.

TLC of Quzhi capsule extracts on silica gel with 1) toluene - chloroform - acetone 8:15:5; 2) petroleum ether (60-90 ºC) - ethyl acetate 20:1. Detection 1) by exposing to ammonia vapors and under UV 365 nm; 2) by spraying with p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde in 10 % H2SO4 - ethanol solution followed by heating. Identification by fingerprint technique. Quantification of chrysophanol by HPLC. Discussion of applying the procedures for the quality control of the medicine.
J. Chinese Pharm. Anal. 25 (1), 86-90 (2005). TLC of fructose, fructose-6-phosphate and related impurities on silica gel - carboxy methyl cellulose(CMC) -Na phase with n-butanol - acetone - glacial acetic acid - ammonia - water 35:15:20:3:27. Detection by spraying with 1 % sodium periodate solution followed by spraying with a solution of benzidine - ethanol - acetone - hydrochloric acid - water 0.8 g:80 mL:30 mL:1.5 mL:70 mL. Identification by fingerprint technique. Quantification by comparison with standards. The detection limits were investigated. In addition, the content of magnesium fructose diphosphate was determined by diphenylamine colorimetric method, and the related impurities are determined with the phospho-molybdic acid colorimetric method.
