The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

Quantification of chrysophanol by densitometry at 430 nm. RSD 2.89 %; recovery 99.7 %.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 27, 398-400 (1996). TLC on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 7:1:2. Detection under UV 365 nm. Identification of the ingredient Coptis chineses Franch by finger-print method.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 27, 409 (1996). TLC on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate 19:1, and ethanol - NH3 9:1. Detection by spraying with 0.2% ninhydrin in ethanol and heating at 40°C for 10 min. Identification of Salva miltiorrhiza Bunge and Astagalus mongholicus (Bunge) ingredients by finger-print method.
(Chinese). J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 21, 546-547 (1996). TLC on silica with isooctane - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 5:5:1. Detection by spraying with ethanol - sulfuric acid - acetic anhydride 10:1:1, and heating at 110°C for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry at 380 nm. Precision 1.72% (n=6), recoveries: 99.3 % and 98.5%.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 19 (1), 13-14 (1997). TLC on polyamide with 30% acetic acid. Detection under UV. Quantification by densitometry at 282 nm. Precision 3.0% (n=3). Recovery 98.6 ± 1.63% (n=3).

Quantification by densitometry at 520 nm. Detection limit 2 µg/spot. Precision within plate 1.7% (n=8), plate-to-plate 2.8% (n=5). Recovery 91.7 ± 3%.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 19 (10), 22-23 (1997). TLC on silica with the lower phase of chloroform - methanol - water 13:6:2. Detection by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 100°C for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry at 530 nm.
