Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. of China Pharm. 27 (7), 725-728 (2013). Fufang Hafangji Keli granules, with Aristolochia fangchi as key component drug, are a herbal TCM preparation for improving the liver function, and are used for treatment of acute and chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, and fatty liver. TLC of the extracts and standards (+)-tetrandrine and fangchinoline on silica gel with cyclo hexane – chloroform – acetone – methanol 10:6:1:1, detection by spraying with (bismuth subnitrate – glacial acetic acid – water 1:10:40) – potassium iodide – glacial acetic acid – water 1:1:4:20. Quantification of (+)-tetrandrine and fangchinoline by HPLC.
J. Chromatogr. Sci. 54 (1), 79-87 (2016). Determination of either linagliptin (LGP), saxagliptin (SGP) or vildagliptin (VGP) in their binary mixtures with metformin (MET) in pharmaceutical preparations by HPTLC on silica gel with methanol – 0.5 % aqueous ammonium sulfate 4:1. Densitometric evaluation at 225 nm for the LGP/MET mixture and at 208 nm for the SGP/MET and VGP/MET mixtures. The linearity was between 50-500 ng/zone for LGP and SGP, 0.2-2 µg/zone for VGP and 5-40 µg/zone for MET, respectively. The relative standard deviation for intra- and interday precision were within 2 %.
