Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 12, 336-339 (1999). TLC of 11 bryostatins on silica gel with n-hexane - acetone (7:3) and n-hexane - ethyl acetate (1:1) and with methanol - water 3:1 for reversed phase chromatography ( silica gel RP-18) as mobile phases in single, multiple or two-dimensional developments. The method was also used in support of structure elucidation. Detection under UV 254 nm and by color reaction after spraying with anisaldehyde- sulfuric acid reagent and heating at approx. 140°C.
J. Chinese Trad. & Herb. Drugs (Zhongcaoyao) 31 (10), 752-753 (2000). TLC on silica gel with toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 50:10:1. Identification of the main active component by comparison of its color changing from violet to blue after spraying with 1% KOH solution. The procedures can be used for the quality control of the oil during its preparation.
sinensis Li and C. fortunei.) (Chinese). J. Chinese Trad. & Herb. Drugs (Zhongcaoyao) 32 (3), 201-202 (2001). Separation by reflux, gradient and counterflow extraction. TLC on silica gel with ether - acetone 2:1. Detection by spraying with potassium iodobismuthate solution. Identification by IR and MS.
Chinese J. Hosp. Pharm. (Zhongguo Yaoxue Zazhi) 21 (11), 25-27 (2001). TLC on silica gel with chloroform - diethyl ether 2:1. Detection by spraying with a mixed solution of 2% 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid in ethanol and 0,05 mol/L NaOH in ratio of 1:3. Quantitation by densitometry at 535 nm.
Indian Drugs 38 (6), 323-326 (2001). HPTLC on silica gel with hexane - ethyl acetate 7:3. Quantitation by densitometry at 340 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 15, 71-73 (2002). TLC of echinacoside and cichoric acid on silica gel in an aqueous, saturated potassium chloride atmosphere with ethyl acetate - formic acid - acetic acid - water 100:11:11:27. Quantification by densitometry at 330 nm. The method described has proven to be very reliable and repeatable. In addition to the ability to view the standard and samples simultaneously, the acceptable data quality, cost effectiveness, and minimal sample clean-up should enable this or a similar procedure to be regarded as suitable for the routine analysis and data reporting requirements of these compounds for preparatory and regulatory purposes. Reliable, accurate, and quantitative TLC separation.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 50, 3208-3213 (2002). TLC of plant extracts (e.g. thymol, carvacrol, naphthalinol) on silica gel with chloroform - methanol 9:1 (best resolution) 3:2, n-propanol - water-ethyl acetate 7:1:2, chloroform- methanol - triethylamine 90:9:1, NH3 - butanol 2:5, chloroform - methanol - acetic acid 90:10:1. After drying for 1 h at 37°C, the plates were sprayed with 2 mL of potato-dextrose broth containing a spore suspension of the test organism Cladosporium.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med., (Zongchengyao) 25 (2), 125-127 (2003). TLC of isoimperatorin on silica gel with petroleum ether (60-90°C) - ethyl acetate 5:1. Detection under UV. Identification by fingerprint technique. Quantitation by densitometry at 305 nm.
